Our directors have been centrally involved in the drafting of new legislation and re-drafting old legislation since 1994.

We are one of few firms in South Africa that has developed extensive experience in the plain language drafting of legislation and applies the principles of plain language to all our drafting work. We also have extensive experience in drafting regulations, codes of practice, municipal by-laws and other subordinate legislation.
