We have extensive and specialised knowledge in mediating disputes in various fields including industrial, community, and commercial disputes. This experience also includes teaching conciliation modules at post-graduate level as well as training various organisations in South Africa, the SADC, and East Africa on various industrial and electoral conflict management skills. Co-facilitating long-term negotiations on the financial sector empowerment charter.
Facilitating negotiations between management and organised labour on the harmonisation of salaries and conditions of service at various merged tertiary institutions.
Co-facilitating negotiations on the bus rapid transport (BRT) project in Gauteng and the North-West provinces.
Conducting conflict management workshops at the Glencree Centre for Reconciliation in Dublin, Ireland for various stakeholders who were directly and indirectly affected by political problems in that country.
