We advised the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Communications on the constitutionality of the Convergence Bill which later became the Electronic Communications Act 36 of 2005 and have subsequently advised extensively on various matters relating to the Electronic Communications Act.
We have also advised a range of public entities on data privacy related matters including compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
